Booth Spaces will be for one 6-8' table.
Electricity will be available; bring your own extension cords.
Please provide your own tables and chairs.

Rules and Regulations

Set Up Time: Sunday, December 3, 2023 Time: 5-6pm

Christmas in the Park begins at 6pm. Booths are encouraged to remain open as long as there is foot traffic.

Check in at Chamber Table before set up.

Businesses/Organizations must provide own chairs, tables, duct tape, and any necessary supplies or equipment.

Business displays should not obstruct neighboring displays nor project into walkway.

No sales of any kind allowed; only gifts such as branded items, holiday items, candy, drinks, or snacks.

No beer, wine, or alcohol sales allowed.

Security – Shiner Chamber of Commerce is the last to leave the premises, but will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by business/organization, or its employees, or guests, from any act of vandalism or accidental injury.

Liability – Shiner Chamber of Commerce, nor their employees will be liable for any loss or damage to the property of business/organization or its employees, agents, guest, due to fire, smoke, water from any source, electric current or failure of same, an accident of any kind, nor from any other cause whatsoever, nor Shiner Chamber of Commerce, nor their employees be liable for injuries arising from or in any way connected with the use or occupancy of space at Christmas in the Park. The business/organization agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Shiner Chamber of Commerce, and their employees and agents against any and all claims of any person whomsoever arising out of acts of omissions of the business, its employees, agents and/or guests.
