Rules and Regulations

Set Up Time: Sunday, December 4, 2022 Time: 12pm -12:30pm
Booth Hours: Sunday 1:00pm to 4:00 pm. Christmas in the Park begins at 1pm. Booths are encouraged to remain open as long as there is foot traffic.
Check in at Chamber Booth before set up.
Please be courteous and stay off your neighbor’s space.
Vendors must provide own tents, tables, duct tape, and any necessary supplies or equipment.
Electricity WILL NOT be available. Generators are ok.
Vendor displays should not obstruct neighboring displays nor project into walkway.
No signs on trees or outside of booth.
No beer, wine, or alcohol sales allowed.
All booths must be properly manned during event hours.
Security – Spoetzl Brewery is the last to leave the premises, but will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by Vendor, or its employees, or guests, from any act of vandalism or accidental injury. It is strongly recommended that no valuables be stored in the booth area while unsupervised.
Liability – Shiner Chamber of Commerce, Spoetzl Brewery, nor their employees will be liable for any loss or damage to the property of Vendor or its employees, agents, guest, due to fire, smoke, water from any source, electric current or failure of same, an accident of any kind, nor from any other cause whatsoever, nor Shiner Chamber of Commerce, Spoetzl Brewery, nor their employees be liable for injuries arising from or in any way connected with the use or occupancy of space at Christmas in the Park. The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Shiner Chamber of Commerce, Spoetzl Brewery and their employees and agents against any and all claims of any person whomsoever arising out of acts of omissions of the vendor, its employees, agents and/or guests.

By selecting "I Agree" to the Booth Release and Acknowledgement, I hereby make an application to become a vendor for Christmas in the Park. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations as set forth within and such rules as may be established by the Shiner Chamber of Commerce and Spoetzl Brewery. Furthermore, I hereby release and forever discharge the Shiner Chamber of Commerce, Spoetzl Brewery, the City of Shiner, and Lavaca County from any responsibility or liability for loss, claims, damages, theft, injury, or accident. It is further agreed that this applicant shall maintain his/her space, merchandise, activities and business practices in compliance with the laws of the State of Texas and the City Ordinances of Shiner, and Lavaca County. Applicant understands that violation or noncompliance of same may result in immediate expulsion of Applicant and his/her entry from the Festival.

I understand that vendor booth fees are a fundraiser for the Shiner Chamber of Commerce and there will be no refunds offered. Applying vendor booth fees to a future Shiner Chamber of Commerce event will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
