When and Where?
The 1999 Bocktoberfest Concert is on Saturday, October 16th, at the historic
Spoetzl Brewery in Shiner, Texas. Gates open at 12:00 NOON (rain or shine!)
Music begins at 12:30 and runs throughout the day ... don't miss the
Fireworks Finale at 10:30pm.
Who Will Perform?
Robert Earl Keen, Junior Brown, Marcia Ball, Tito & Tarantula, The Hollisters,
George DeVore & The Roam .... and the Texas statewide
Battle of the Bands winner will open the show.

In addition to some of Texas' best live music, there will be plenty of
great Shiner Beer, delicious food and soft-drinks, as well as Shiner beer
and band merchandise.

YES! Tickets are available IN ADVANCE by
calling 1-800-5-SHINER, or visiting the Shiner Beer website at
http://www.shiner.com.
Tickets may also be obtained through
Star Tickets website or by calling 1-888-597-7827.
For Shiner residents, tickets will be available at the Brewery's giftshop.
Be sure to bring the $10-off coupon from the Shiner Gazette (proof of
Shiner residence will be required) - contact Tess for more information.
We expect a limited number of tickets to be available at the gate.
NOTE: the admission price DOES NOT include beer, soft drinks, or food ...
these items will be sold at food booths on the concert grounds.
What Can We Bring?
You MAY bring ....... your family, blankets and lawnchairs.
You MAY NOT bring ... ice chests, food or drink, pets, cameras (any kind),
audio recorders, guns, knives, or other weapons. CONFISCATED ITEMS WILL
NOT BE RETURNED.
Where's Shiner?
Shiner is located in South Central Texas, about half-way between San Antonio
and Houston, about 20 miles south of IH-10.

Where Can We Stay?
Camping is permitted in Shiner ONLY in approved campground sites.
There is limited camping permitted in Yoakum and Moulton (see phone numbers
below.) For Bocktoberfest, all Hotels in Shiner are BOOKED.
